专利摘要:
A stencil printing apparatus for printing a workpiece web at a printing station has a support on which the workpiece web is to be located so that a pattern can be printed on it in a plurality of successive printing operations. A magazine is located above the support at the printing station and accommodates a plurality of vertically stacked flat-screen stencils, and an arrangement is provided for serially withdrawing some or all of the stencils from the magazine, moving them to printing position above the workpiece web, and then returning them serially back to the magazine.

A disadvantage of the known machine is that it has a shop.
with flat screen forms is located away from the print area, which requires additional production space. In addition, the machine 5 is not very convenient to maintain.
The aim of the invention is to increase the convenience of servicing the stencil printing machine and reducing the production area it occupies.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a stencil printing machine mainly for printing

Store 2 to reduce the occupied production area of the machine is located above the print area. The device for removing the waste stencil form from the print area and moving it to the store 2 contains transport vehicles 5 and 6 with catch bodies 7 ( the lower conveyor does not show the means of transfer of the stencil form 3 from the conveyor 5 to the conveyor 6, having a guide 8 vertically fixed on the base 1, a carriage 9 mounted on it, and a chain drive 10, mounted on it, an additional carriage 1 1 mounted on the guide 8 above the carriage 9. screw pair 12, 13 for moving the additional carriage along the guide 8 due to the rigid connection of the nut 13 of this pair with the additional carriage 11, mounted on the additional carriage 11 by means of rotary levers 1A 15 and 1b for picking up stencil molds 3 transported to the magazine 2, the conveyor 6 is mounted on the carriage 11, and the latter and the carriage 3 are mounted on the guide 8 by means of onopHbi x rops 17 and 18 and the console but. Device for moving forms; 3 in the magazine 2 (FIGS. 2, 3 and U, including vertical rods 2 located on the corners of the magazine 2 with evenly spaced along their length support arms 20 for molds 3, mounted on the frame 21 of the magazine 2 by means of ring guides 22, means for moving the rod 13 in guides in a vertical direction and turning them around their axes, made in the form of pneumatic cylinders 23 and 2k and located on two opposite sides of magazine 2 in vertical planes of articulated parallelograms formed by levers 25 and reinforced on their connecting rods 2b horizontal guide bars 27 and with means of their movement in the form of pneumatic cylinders 28, with guide bars 27 placed on rods 26 with the same pitch as the support brackets 20 on rods x 19. In FIG. shows the case when the articular parallelogram is moved by the pneumatic cylinder 28 over the middle rack 23. In order to move the rods 19 up and down and rotate them around their axes, the pneumatic cylinder 2 is connected to the rods 19 by means of rings 30 connected with rods by keyway st compound. The magazine 2 may have vertically mounted centering tires 31 with grippers 32 for pre-centering the stencil molds 3 by installing them in the notches 33 of the slats 3 of the molds 3, the tires 31 being fixed on the guide strips 27. The device for removing the mold 3 from the print zone and moving it to the magazine 2 has a adjustable stop 35 for restricting the movement of the additional carriage 11 and a persistent switch 36 mounted on the path of the carriage 9 The machine (see Fig. 1) contains an infinite mesh belt 37, the enclosure covers the tension a roller 38, a roller changing the direction of movement 39 of material 4 and a distribution roller 0, which can be moved in the directions indicated by the arrows. This mesh tape can also be a simple printed cloth, depending on which doctor blade is used for dyeing through the patterns 3. There is a washing and drying unit tl for cleaning the tape 37. The means for fixing the position of the stencil foom 3 in the printing area: (see Fig. 2) include centering rods 2 with height-adjustable tips 3 and pneumatic cylinders 4, at the ends of which are elongated piston rollers 5 are fixed, on which the plates 3 are supported and by means of which 3 can be extended from the print area. Stencil machine works as follows. When the lower form 3 is pushed up using the means of fixing the position of the form 3 in the print zone, in particular with the help of current rollers with the rollers 45 of the pneumatic cylinders 4, and is released from the tips 43, it is removed from the print zone by the raster 5. Then the parallelogram descends , as a result, the forms 3 are already supported by Hf and the horizontal guide channels 27, and on the brackets 20 rods 13. As a result of the operation of the non-cylinders 23, the rods 13 together with the forms 3 are lowered and the lower form is placed on the rollers "S zannuyu the right side of FIG, 2. After that, the lever parallelograms with pneumatic cylinders 28 are lifted again and, with their guide rails, fit the 3-molds 3 in the store. After this, the rods 19 by the pneumatic cylinders 2k rotate around their axes until the brackets 20 come out from under the forms 3. Then the rods The 19 pneumatic cylinders 23 are raised upward on the step of the brackets and the pneumatic cylinders 2 return to their original position, with the result that the supporting brackets 20 are again located under the bars 3 (forms 3 for the next lowering of the forms 3 by one position. The mold 3 from the magazine 2, by lowering the rods with the rollers 45, is mounted with its centering holes of the bars 3 onto the tips of the centering rods 43 of the k2 and is firmly fixed in the printing position. the lateral position using the mechanism of its movement "7" and lift on the rollers 5 the form 3, which is then released from the tips 3 and retracted from the print zone by the conveyor 5, which is driven from the engine 48 chain transfer 49. Form 3 is then picked up by the carriage moving from the engine 50 upward by the carriage in the direction of the carriage 11 with the conveyor 6. The carriage 11 can be in a constant position if the same number of forms 3 is used. The carriage 9 should get to the bottom position under the conveyor 5 before the form is removed from the print zone. As a result, the carriage 9 operates as a pallet. On this carriage, the mold is pushed up to the stop 51, rises upwards until the carriage 9 rests on switch 36, which turns off the engine 50. The upper additional carriage 11 picks up the roller tracks Ю 15 and 16 form 3 and stands in such a position that the mold 3 could be fed to the magazine 2. The roller guides 15 and 16 can be swung by means of pneumatic cylinders 52. The horizontal feeding of the mold 3 to the magazine 2 along the roller guides 15 and 16 is carried out by the organ 7 of the conveyor 6 driven in the notch 53 of the mold 3 in motion from the engine Eat 54 until Form 3 lies on horizontal guide rails 27. If Form 3 is to be conveyed to conveyor 6 not to the uppermost guide rails 27, carriage 11 is screwed in by means of screw pair 12 and 13 from engine 55 place by appropriate installation of the adjustable stop 35, which can be used as a switch.
